During my stay, I faced numerous inconveniences. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep well. Additionally, there was a strong smell coming from the vent, which further detracted from our experience. The lack of timely maintenance response left me feeling very disappointed, especially on a trip meant for relaxation.

My Executive Studio was spacious with a minibar and a coffee machine. The fitness centre was a nice touch, allowing me to stay active. It had soundproofing, which was great for a peaceful night's sleep, and a stylish shower with quality toiletries. Service was somewhat hit or miss but overall pretty good.

Despite the appealing decor, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. I found dust in several places which was not exactly reassuring. Lighting in the living area could use enhancement. Comfort was not on point with the furniture, particularly the bellows, which hit the mark for relaxation. Additionally, noise from nearby rooms occasionally disrupted my peace, though it might not bother everyone. The breakfast experience was disappointing. it seemed to run out of food too early, focusing on decoration instead of guest service. Lastly, the promised search for lost items was ineffective, and certain communications about services fell flat.

Comfortable but some hiccups

We stayed for 3 nights and the room was really nice and cozy. The pillows were a bit too soft for my taste, which didn't help with my headache. Breakfast was a total miss, cold food and also late delivery. At least they took it off the bill, but still a bummer. The in-room breakfast was decent though.
